What Do You Make Of My Cake was created in 2011 due to an urge to have a fun, stress-free project after completing my fine art degree. It's
not the most snappy title, in fact it's terribly long winded, but I'm
rolling with it.
Originally my blog combined two of my favourite things, documentation and baking, although it has grown to include other creative interests such as sewing and knitting.

- drinking tea
- collecting vintage cake stands and crockery
- loitering around haberdasheries
- squishing wool
- watching Nicolas Cage films
- attempting ballet (adult ballet classes are awesome!)
- making terrible puns
- talking to cats
- wearing colourful tights or novelty print socks
- climbing into cardboard boxes at every given opportunity.
